"Perfect location to explore Canmore. "

"The rooms are next to the parking and that was a problem the whole night. First was a guy with with the engine running for more than 2 hours outside our window, then the same guy later night try to get imto our room and other scaring us, was an awful night. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. What really made our stay memorable was the pool, the kids had so much fun! They didn’t want to leave and kept asking to go back again and again. It was clean, well-maintained, and a great place for families to relax and enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families, especially if your kids love swimming!"

"We stayed for three nights in the hotel and visited the spa on the second day. The spa was a good experience - a variety of pools, saunas, and areas to relax. Luckily it was not too busy, but I have heard it can get quite busy on weekends. The hotel itself was quite clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant is also quite good in terms of service and menu. The issue we experienced was the noise level in the rooms. I could hear the movie that the neighbouring room was watching late at night, and each night there were other visitors running and talking loudly in the hallway. I didn't get much sleep as a result. The overall experience was alright, but we don't plan on staying again. "

"Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!"

"We chose an apartment specifically for the fireplace, only to discover our fireplace was broken. Extremely disappointing. The Smart TVs also don’t function as smart TVs, only cable with minimal channel selection. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy this stay as much as others in the past. Having said that, the staff were friendly and the property was clean. We had lovely mountain views and the kitchen had all the basics for cooking. "
