"The location was great as it sat on a cliff of the Columbia River. The grounds were impeccable with beautiful flowers and trees. They had Adirondack chairs on the cliff so you could enjoy the view. It was fun watching kite surfers in the river. We didn’t realize Hood River is known as pthe top kite surfing capitol of the world. The bed was very comfortable. The buildings are older but well kept up. Wonderful stay. "

"We stayed in one of the private jacuzzi rooms, it was great. They drain and fill everyday with the hot springs mineral water. It was very relaxing and quiet. Will definitely be coming back to stay again. "

"We are at the restaurant 3 times on a 5 day stay, used the pool/sauna/fitness amenities, and really just enjoyed our time there. "

"The hotel and the room were really spacious and kept nicely clean. The bed was not super comfortable, but honestly, that is pretty typical for the price. The staff at the front desk was not unfriendly, but I did not really get a warm vibe either—I do not even remember seeing her smile. Still, it was not a big deal for me. The location is fantastic and really easy to get to, which was a big plus. Overall, I would happily stay here again!"

"Great hotel, in the middle of the town. Walking distance to anything you may need. Parking is a bit confusing, check with the front desk for instructions. One thing that is SUPER IMPORTANT before you book, check to make sure your room is not one of the rooms with a shared bathroom (3rd floor). It wasn't a problem for me but it can be a suprise if you dont realize this."
