"Cowlitz River Lodge was a place of refuge for my son and I. It was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I love the fact that there was a sink with a mirror outside of the bathroom. The lobby was extremely helpful. It had cold water for our water bottles, tea and hot water. I even enjoyed a bag of popcorn my first night there. I would recommend the cowlitz River Lodge to anybody that is going up to Mount Rainier. The national park is only 10 to 15 minutes from there. The lodge is also near a gas station and market. There are also a couple restaurants that are open late if you need them after coming back from the national park."

"I stayed in the cabin for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The cabin was fully equipped with helpful amenities like a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, which made the stay very convenient. Room service did a great job, and it was so nice to come back from hiking and find everything clean and ready. The private jacuzzi inside the room was perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors. There was also a grill outside, which made it easy to cook dinner and enjoy the peaceful setting. The location was excellent, very close to the entrance of Mount Rainier National Park, making it ideal for exploring. Overall, the cabin was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
