"The Hyatt is a must for us before early morning flights. The new shuttle service is easy and convenient. It runs 24/7, every 8-10 minutes, from the hotel to Door 5. Long-term parking is closer to the Hyatt now and avoids the longer ride of the airport shuttle upon return. Free bottled water in the room and free breakfast sandwiches if you can’t stay for the free breakfast in the restaurant. Worth the money! "

It was loud, so many kids running around without supervision. bed was uncomfortable including pillows, I had to call front desk 2 times because of noise once at 2 am and next at 4 am. breakfast was cold and kids fingering all the food. We were told we would be the final stop before the airport. Unfortunately, we ended up being the first stop and even though the shuttle driver was driving 80 mph on a wet highway, it took a solid 45 minutes. Had he been upfront with the pickup situation, people could have opted for an Uber. "
