"My room was not cleaned by staff so I had to sleep in an unmade bed the 2nd night I was there. The shower was not properly working and the water spout was actually ready to fall off. There are no complimentary water bottle for guests"

"This is my go-to convenient stay in Camarillo when moving my daughter in and out of the CSU dorms. The staff is excellent and the location is great for accessing the campus as well as restaurants and morning coffee. Decent bagels and a Starbucks within walking distance. They do charge extra for parking which is a bummer b/c it is a huge open parking lot all around so it seems like a money-grab. The rooms are pretty basic but clean and the beds are comfortable. It is usually pretty quiet as well which I always appreciate. Good value for the cost."

"We had an great stay, Excellent customer service, the pool was enjoyable along with the 24 hour gym. Clean rooms, its a new property hotel, good breakfast choices, friendly staff. No complains here :) Can't wait till the rooftop restaurant opens up this summer. Plenty of places to eat within minutes of walking."
