"There was no warnings about the construction that is going on there and every thing was broken. The "newly remodeled" rooms looked like a DIY job. Not very professional appearance or staff. I am quite confident there was only one person working the desk for the 3 days i was there. Seems like a terrible way to run a hotel. "

"The front desk help was outstanding. I took a cart out to my car and loaded up some stuff and took it back to my room. On the way back, the front desk man said just leave your card outside your room, I’ll come pick it up later. That’s the first for me!"
