"Absolutely idyllic. Black sand beach. Beautiful hotel and friendly and polite staff. 30 minute drive from Genoa but so worth it. Gorgeous view of the Sea. Would highly recommend this."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was hardly any staff available, and no one was there to assist us properly. We even had to carry all our luggage upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to help. The room was extremely dirty — especially the floor. It was so unclean that I had to ask for slippers just to be able to walk inside the room. Instead of bringing them to my room, I was told to go down to the reception and collect them myself. This is not the level of service I expect from a hotel of this standard. Very disappointing experience overall."
