Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. "Check in was a bit tricky because our phones weren’t working properly. The room was fantastic and Anna was super helpful. The only problem was that we kept getting lost in the castle! It was a great stay, and we saw the resident falcons."
