"Its fine and certainly well located, but very basic. Sheets pretty rough and the towel had been left in a washer too long. Very musty smelling. Be warned, hotel is right under bell tower and you do hear it throughout the night if window is open."

"Welcoming start at reception. Requested extra pillows, handed them at the reception desk. Told we could not eat in hotel because of staffing issues and we had not made a reservation. Bar closed at 9pm due to staffing issues. Thrown out of the lounge at 10pm due to staffing issues. English not widely spoken even though Hotels.com said it was. Beds uncomfortable and very noisy outside our room from cycling guests. Most restaurants in local area closed for holidays or had a very limited menu. Area...

"This hotel is about 13 kilometers outside of Regensburg in the middle of farmland. It's very quiet and peaceful. You definitely need a car to go anywhere but it's still close to major roads stores and restaurants. "
