Great place, convenient location and had everything we needed for our stay. I only wish it was mentioned that thier was no A/C in the units as it was in the 90s and very hot some evenings going to sleep. But other than the lack of A/C it was fabulous.

I definitely recommend staying here. Everyone was so friendly and provided useful information to us. We didn’t have any issues. The hot tub was perfect. The view is breath taking. We loved it all! It’s nice having the shuttle service since I didn't rent a car and they provide transportation to and from the airport.

the space was clean and inviting. Fireplace was great. No typical dish cleaning items like a sponge or "scrubbie." Two choices for coffee is great but not clearly identified when booking (bring ground coffee or coffee pods.) No real complaints, vacation there was great.

We got there a little late, and we had no way of contacting anybody. I had to dig through pretty detailed information after logging on to a site to find a security manager that was able to come over and let us into the room. Usually, he told us that they leave keys in boxes and send emails out to people who are going to be late or haven't shown up on checkout time before they leave. I didn't get any of those. The next morning, the checkout was supposed to open at 8:00, and I waited till 8:40 before the person finally arrived. When I told the person I had come last night and didn't have a key, she just stared at me, didn't apologize, was a little bit standoffish and rude. After verifying my reservation, she never gave us instructions or maps to pools or to hot tubs. Honestly, it was a really bad experience for the check-in. The hotel itself was great, or the room was great. It wasn't on the third floor, and my wife and I both had some injuries. We were hoping that there was an elevator, but that's what happens when you go to a condo, so that was fine. The other thing is we didn't realize there was no air conditioning in the room, so it's extremely hot. There were some fans that the ownership left behind, but it would have been nice in the description to know if there was an air conditioner or if you needed air conditioning in that area.
