"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "

Breakfast was fantastic and clearly prepared with care. The nearby restaurant options were excellent, offering great variety within easy walking distance. Two beautiful beaches are just a short drive away—both small, peaceful, and never too crowded—which made our days by the sea even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. I loved every moment of my stay and would highly recommend Paradice Luxury Hotel to anyone visiting Crete."
