"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent both breakfast and dinner. Fantastic location just off Dam Square - we walked everywhere! Only complaint very little storage in the room for clothes and basically lived out of the suitcase. Still highly recommended! "

"I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming heritage building near the canal - it was absolutely gorgeous. The property is very well maintained, and full of beautiful furniture and themed decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. The breakfast offered was probably the best I’ve ever had at at hotel!"

It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy.

"Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. There’s a coffee machine that you can get free drinks any time. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, they would even send your postcard for free! The hotel was really quiet even it’s at such a central location. Really impressed with our stay. The only down side is that there are a few steps at the entrance and the lift is a bit small but very good value!"
