This place is a dump and nothing like photos. It’s hot, dirty and needs an update. We had to change rooms 3x due to AC unit being broke and the rooms reaching over 80 degrees. The inside rooms are extremely hot, sticky damp and smell of mold and chlorine. The outside rooms while not the greatest either are definitely better than the inside. The parking lot smells like a circus is in town. Would never recommend staying here, would never come back and I feel completely scammed.

This was a rough stay. Heating system was broken but we weren't informed. We were just told that our room wasn't ready. Heat never worked and because we were waiting we never got to use the pool or hot tub. We always stay here so this was a big disappointment. Hopefully all repairs are done so our bext stay is more comfortable.

The ceiling in the shower was falling in. I was given a handicapped room that I did not request. The overall condition of the room was less than what was shown in the images on line. The room was 80 degrees when we arrived. I turned on the air and waited for 45 minutes before I called the front desk to share my concern. They said someone would come over in 15 minutes. After 35 minutes had passed, I called again and was told that someone would be "right over." I ended up going to the front desk and requesting a new room and had to pack up and relocate.

You get what you pay for, and that's not a bad thing. Our room was small, with short ceilings, and the coffee maker was in the bathroom. However, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was courteous, and we were able to check in hours before the standard check in time. Given our stay was during the winter with 2 degree lows and 11 degree highs, the heater worked extremely well and we stayed warm throughout our stay.
