Everything was great, just the pool was out of order when we arrived. They didn't charge us for it and we could still use the sauna.

Yes, the staff was great with the check-in. Expedia offered a bottle of wine, but the hotel has not permitted us to drink it there, and we haven't accepted it. Thank you for the gift to Expedia! Although we haven't accepted the gift, it was a nice surprise!
