"We absolutely fell in love with this place! Bungalows were impeccably clean, small but space effective. With three kids we appreciated having two bathrooms. Lovely surroundings with tall shady trees and flowery bushes. Great breakfast, we opted to add breakfast when booking. It is not a buffet but you can order anything and everything off the menu. "Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"We absolutely loved this place. Everything Was so nice and new and had more amenities than we expected. The shower is amazing and the bed was very comfortable with really strong AC. You are right in the center of town yet it was very quiet. We were able to walk to everything in just a few minutes. "It was a stunning hotels with lovely views across the bay. The staff collected your luggage from the ferry (on request) and delivered it to the hotel. It’s a short walk along the front into the picturesque town. Lots of choices for breakfast and good quality food. Would highly recommend."

"I travelled with my husband and we stayed for 3 nights. It was a great short trip! The resort is beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The bathrooms were okay, they did not match the vibe of the rest of the hotel, but everything still worked. We had an issue with our balcony door and it was promptly fixed. There is wifi all over the resort including the lobby and the pool area. The buffet breakfast was my favourite part of the trip, the selection had everything you can imagine. The rest of the food was quite delicious too, including pizza, pasta and seafood. The staff were nice enough, but I found that when I spoke Croatian they changed their attitude and were more friendly towards me (I speak English with my husband). Overall I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up! "
