"Good little hotel in a great location next to Melnik castle, nice breakfast in an old cellar and our room was absolutely massive. We had better value for money on our cycling trio along the Elbe, but overall a very decent place for an overnight stop."

"Despite having given an expected time of arrival there was no one at the premises. We phoned and text the number given and it took a good 20 minutes for someone to respond so we could check in.
We had asked for an air conditioned room and this was not given, from other friends staying it, appears none of the rooms have this facility. The bed creaked so badly it woke us up any time someone moved. The room wasn’t cleaned the whole week we were there, no fresh towels or bins emptied. No staff...

"We had a fantastic stay! The owner is so kind and spoke excellent English. The teepee was clean, and accommodating. Showers and bathrooms in the main house. Breakfast was beautiful, delicious and served beside the teepee in a gazebo (inside option available). There is a lake nearby and a beautiful stroll alongside it. "
