"Overall great experience. Tv didn’t work day 1 and there was an extra tv on the floor in the kitchen area. TV was fixed day 2 which was great, but extra tv stayed on the floor in the unit. Other than that, it was a great stay for sure. "

"Room was neat, lovely high ceiling, breakfast was just fantastic. When I advised the friendly staff member that we had a 4:45am transfer to the airport, he said he would have sandwiches and fruit ready for us. He had 2 sandwiches and 6 pieces of fruit for each of us. This was above and beyond. Kudos to that staff member!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the old medieval part of the city with lots of restaurants. If you don’t mind cobbled stone streets and at times big crowds then this is for you. It was about 8-10 minutes walk to the river. I wasn’t a fan of the bed. Very good breakfast was offered."

"We arrived late, so it was very difficult to find in the dark (Mozart). When we mentioned our frustrations to the staff the following day, Petra was very accommodating and apologetic about not having someone walk us to the apartment when we arrived late. Even gave us complimentary transport to the train station upon check out. The place was clean and convenient to major attractions. The toilet is not in the same room as the shower, but it was nice to have a washing machine! Plenty of space for...
