"Hotel has really improved since we last visited. The windows in the lounge have been replaced, and it was well maintained with beautiful seasonal decorations. Room was clean and a good size but it was far too warm, staff helpfully provided a fan but i think the heat in that room (418) does need looking at because the rest of that floor was nowhere near as warm, and I had turned the radiators off so perhaps it is under a boiler room? Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect and very accessible with a pram. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, can’t wait to return x"
