"Since the moment we arrived into the parking lot at night, we felt very unsafe. We saw what seemed to be homeless and hookers roaming outside of the hotel. Once we got into our room, it had a bad odor and didn’t reflect what was pictured on the website. I proceeded to check the restroom and there was urine on the toilet seat. We were disappointed and disgusted. As a
