"Beautiful room with a wonderful view of the wharf, but not the best choice for a long stay. The basic room is very small and becomes stuffy after a long day or a couple hot showers. There are no ice machines, or a refrigerator, or a microwave in the room, making storing and reheating leftovers as well as keeping drinks cool very difficult. Fitness center and gym are only accessible for a fee and there is no onsite parking. Staff, however, were very nice and very helpful!"

"Excellent hotel, great location. My room had an incredible set-up & really good size. Staff were so helpful from checking in, to having a drink at the well stocked bar to ordering delicious food. There is a "snack" cafe & my morning iced coffee from there was 1 of the best I've had & I'm a coffeeholic. Will definitely be staying here again."

"Lovely hotel close to Westfield and Stratford station. The room was fairly small but perfectly appointed and was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only criticisms are the front desk staff, I approached the desk 3/4 times during my stay and they continue wondering around without acknowledging you, despite you clearly waiting. The other is breakfast, I left my food/coffee at my table to go and get some butter, came back and it had been cleared away, I saw it happen to another lady as well. Apart from these small issues it was a good stay."

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were flat. Bedding, bath, toilet and sink were clean. Carpet was sticky and there were lots of dust and webs in every corner. TV was huge (which was great for the England game!) Air con was BRILLIANT! was 30 degrees when we visited so this was an added bonus! Location was great for where we needed to be. We used the uber boat and the shuttle boat a few times (shuttle free if you show them hotel booking). Breakfast was poor. No bacon, mushrooms or tomatoes. Staff on the desk when checking in were rude, sharp and seemed like they really didn't want to be there. All in all, the size of the TV and the aircon was worth every penny! we were only here for one night so didn't feel any need to complain or moan."
