With that said the front desk is horrible the woman that was working on the day I stayed was a very monotone had no personality and definitely had no customer service appeal. She did not care for anything but stating the rules. I travel very often and I am not particularly picky in a crunch, as long as you give me a clean safe area.. I'm okay with a basic hotel; but customer service is important!!! This front desk clerk had zero and I mean zero customer service, it made it so distasteful almost sick to my stomach to stay there after dealing with her. Its not asking much to pretend to be good at your job."
