"This is a “Mountain House”, and is on the rustic side. It’s extremely charming. Marco and Ivan will shuttle you. The cows with their bells will lull you to sleep. Good choice of beer , bread and snacks. I was here to go to the Diamond Way Europe Center. The folks are very nice and make sure you have what you need. Bring a fine cigar for Marco."

Beide haben eine interessante Geschichte in der Hotellerie und das merkt man auch. Selten fühlten wir uns in einem Hotel so wohl und aufgehoben. "Jennifer, our host was amazing helpful. We didn’t have an option to come near check in time as we had to catch the only train going to Fussen from Munich early in the morning. Jennifer helped store our luggage and checked us in an hour earlier than normal check in time. She also went out of her way to hand deliver the Fussen Passes the next morning since those were overlooked during check in time. The room and hotel were tastefully decorated and very clean, so clean that I didn’t even feel the need to sanitize all of the room surfaces which I have done since COVID in every hotel room we’ve ever rented. We knew that they did not have laundering facilities, but It would be so helpful if they looked into installing a washer/dryer on site for future customers. They did have an iron downstairs but it was available during times that we had activities booked so we were unable to use it. The staff were super friendly, hard working and available during limited hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in a larger room next time. It was close to attractions and train and bus stations. Thanks Villa Fantasia staff, especially, Jennifer!"
