"Amazing staff!!! Ryota was so helpful and kind. The rooms were so clean. Loved the hot tub and outdoor pool. We were there for BTS and Ryota cheered us on and chatted with us about it. Great hotel. "

"Location is good - close to NMSU. Room was clean, but very dated and in need of repair (chipping paint, grim in bathroom caulk). WiFi was terrible and barely useable (1mbs). Most restaurants around the area were closed so nothing is really walking distance. Inside the lobby area is charming. Staff was nice. It was economical, but I probably wouldn’t stay again for work just due to wifi and location."

"We're still waiting to get credited for the room. We never stayed in. You put us in the first room with broken air-conditioning, so you moved us to the second room, that had a broken lock on the door, phone that did not work, Tv that did not work. And we were only in that room five minutes. We left went down to the desk, told the young lady we were leaving. She said she would note to give us a refund. We contacted Expedia to get a refund. Haven't heard anything yet. Oh yeah, not to mention your emergency exit was locked. This was ridiculous. We did not feel safe. There was only one door available to leave the property. If there was a fire on our side of the building, we would've not made it. Please refund my money."

"Walked into the room and was immediately greeted by dead roaches. Was able to get a new room but had low expectations. The door frame was falling apart, it barely closed properly. The staff would only code the key card for 1 day at a time so we have to get the key cards redone every day. The pool was closed. The breakfast was lackluster. Would not recommend. "

"Very large breakfast with lots of options. Convenient parking on site, room was very clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again!"
