"The breakfast is definitely worth it"

"While the room was definitely on the small side, there was just two of us, so it was perfect. Bed was ok, a little harder than I am used to, but we were up and out the door early every morning. The hotel was beautiful, the architecture so cool and interesting. We got take out from the restaurant and ate in our room one night (we were so tired!) and it was very tasty. Valet parking pickup was quick. Would definitely recommend. "

"Overall experience was great. However one of the elevators were done and it was super busy with competitors for a robotics competition, so elevator service was slow. Also, 1st night we waited 15 minutes for bar service that never came so we eventually left and noticed all servers chatting at the hostess stand while we were walking out."

"The food menus were lacking in variety and appeal. The pozole I ordered consisted of only broth, dried out meat and garbanzo beans- it was tasteless. I was expecting more Texas or southern dishes to be offered. There was no option for decaffeinated coffee anywhere in the hotel, except the in-room coffee. For the price, the hotel turned out to be a disappointment. "

"While the hotel itself is very nice, it was difficult and in the end unpleasant as the staff was either unable or indifferent to responding to our requests. Four times in one day I had to ask for housekeeping and two days in a row to correct an over charge of a hotel room despite the fact that I had paid for the rooms in advance."

"My stay at the Baldwin was amazing. The staff was very helpful and very professional. It was my wife's birthday and she had recently got a huge promotion at work the staff provided us with a bottle of champagne and a fruit tray. My wife was very very satisfied with everything and she is talking about going back. I would definitely recommend staying here."
