"The shower didn't have hot water. The staff tried to help by offering that we could shower in a different room, but said "we know that room has hot water issues" which makes you wonder why they rented it. The carpets were stained and overall the whole hotel seemed very worn. "

"This place was absolutely disgusting. The smell of pot and smoke was smelt throught the entire hotel beginning with outside. The smell was unbearable. The room, awful beds, dirty sheets and towels and no basic toiletries except toilet paper and a bar of soap. We ultimately took a loss and left the facility because we could not sleep at this total dump. STAY AWAY!"

"The place was clean, and the staff was amazing. It’s an old motel, which would be nice if it were improved. However, I really appreciated the sparkles and the good smell. No cigarettes at all, and the bathroom was shining. Very close to the UConn campus, about 7 minutes, and very convenient."

"Had a great omelette in the bar/restaurant in the lobby. Staff was friendly and service was great. Property is clean, new, and will be our new place to stay when we have to visit Connecticut."
