The staff was great—friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The problems came down to logistics. The elevator was out of service, which made things difficult. On top of that, I wasn’t thrilled about the extra $50 incidentals fee. The biggest issue was billing: my card was charged twice, once as a hold and once for the actual payment. I know the hold will fall off, but in the meantime it ties up part of my credit limit. Good people, good room, but the billing process needs improvement.

Excellent management and friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Parking initially problem but they were painting. Flaw: one elevator which went out of service big problem. Unlike other Candlewoods they had coffee but no hot chocolate and tea for free. Wish they had a continental breakfast or breakfast bag as part of the stay by that applies to all Candlewoods. Nice place. Would recommend

We enjoyed stay there but there is a little confused with their changing names but not sure which one. The rooms a were very comfortable. There was a couple problems in the room which was no water pressure in the bathroom sink to brush your teeth. And the dishwasher wasn't bolted down. If you open it everything will fall out. But the rooms was spacious and the beds was very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I had some difficulties with the TV. The room was clean and suited my purpose for a place to sleep for short visit in the area. Entrance to the location was a little difficult at first, requiring me to go past the location and turn around at a convenience store to head back in the direction to enter the location. This was not a problem after realizing what I needed to do.
