Staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean and had great view towards Matterhorn. And super close to the train station.

I had accidentally booked an apartment, when i mentioned this to the receptionist he immediately offered to change us to an hotel room which we gladly accepted as we didn't need a kitchen.
