Rooms were generally comfortable and clean, communal areas were a bit grubby. Staff were helpful and polite throughout. Shop in reception is crazily overpriced, 4.25 for a 500 ml water when the nearby Lidl sells it for .70 for 1.5 litres.

Great room, layout and size. Really comfy bed. Very well equipped with cooker, oven, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Missing cutlery and vital corkscrew. Superb pool and sauna (with gym) on the 7th floor. Great location right next to the main train station.

The hotel was conveniently located in Little Tokyo and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the Altstadt. Nearby bakeries were a great find as the hotel breakfast was overpriced at 27 Euros.
