"My first time in a completely digital hotel. No staff anywhere. It was a little weird and i much prefer to deal with humans, however everything worked out great for me to get into my room. The room was very nice and clean with my own bathroom. The location was great, right in the middle of Plagwitz. Cafés and shopping right by the hotel. Bars and nightlife down the street. Walking along the beautiful canal. Did not take advantage of breakfast or parking but it was nice to have that as an option."

As an elderly gentleman of nearly 80 years old it was no easy task lifting by suitcases up the stairs or bringing them down. Can I please urge you to always make it clear, especially to older guests, of the burden the upper floors create - and I recommend housing them on the lower levels. Thank you for your consideration."
