"1. Wear and tear. The property must be used frequently. Fixes to floor ne’er bathroom and overhead lights could be done.
2. Spotless: for a room that seemed clean upon entry. On closer inspection later was not as clean as hoped. (Toilet)

4. Amenities: Extra pillows and blanket provided without asking. A room safe also provided, too.
