"The welcome and the atmosphere were superb, especially at breakfast. all staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful, although corridors were a little tired. Location is great for the ruins. We saw the amphitheatre, and then the hotel was just over the road. Two quibbles: there was no coffee in the room and no toaster in the restaurant. But lovely cakes for breakfast!"

"This property offers amazing views. Its charm and preserved heritage steal your heart. The staff are warm and welcoming. They gave us a gift upon departure. The property is very secure. Your access code is needed for the gate, building and room so make sure you have cellular access to receive the code information in advance. The roads and parking are tight but worth the climb. "

"Our room was okay (Classic Room). No hot drink making facilties in the room. Shower was very low powered. Breakfast was good in a nice airy room. Outside terrace lovely in amongst lemon trees. Good location for Pompeii and train stations for getting to other popular destinations "

"Nice hotel. Amazing breakfast and fantastic views from the roof top Terrace. Sadly there was building work going on in the room next to us which disturbed us a little first thing (and the maid tried to enter the room to clean it two hours before check out which was a little odd). Would still stay again as it was perfect for a visit to the town. "
