"Great breakfast options, staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was spacious with a full kitchen and living room, just five minutes away from Fort Leonard Wood Army base and close to stores and restaurants. I would only suggest that they put spare blankets and linens in the room. The full-size coffee pot was greatly appreciated."

"Our room was rundown looking. There were no accessible outlets by the beds. The windows are plexiglass, not glass. The beds were not very comfortable. The doorknob to the bathroom door wasn’t attached, just barely hanging on. The fan in the bathroom did not work. There was a puddle of water on the floor in front and under the mini fridge. The person in the office cleaned it up quickly and said it was coming from the freezer. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. "

"The front entry of the hotel was clean and looked decent, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room we got was a 2 queen beds,They didn’t vacume the floors there was trash on the floor, there was a dirty dry wash clothe on top of the shower curtain, furniture is old and needs cleaned, sheets and blankets had burnt cigarette holes in them, the tile in the bathroom were broken and kept lifting up. The towels were dirty, it just was old outdated and Not cleaned, so much we made sure to check for bed bugs my kids didn’t sleep underneath the hotels covers, because it was nasty."
