The property is walkable to multiple dining options as well as nightlife. The property owners are easily accessible for any needs. We will definitely stay again. Just a little fyi, while my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Vinoy House, all rooms are up a steep staircase that has about 8 stairs ( it is a beautiful historic house) no elevator available if needed for handicap accessibility. Everything you could possibly need is walking distance.

The property is falsely advertised as a bed and breakfast. It even says “bed and breakfast” on the entrance, and the rate is higher than other properties in the neighborhood. But it’s a sham, there is no breakfast, there is no staff on site to clean your room or change the towels, and the owner is full of crap when you complain. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to stay. Don’t take my word for it- look at reviews going back to 2024 calling them out on this.
