"Clean room, staff weren’t nice, decent FREE breakfast! Absolutely loved how they had golf carts that take you half a mile in any radius for FREE, that was very convenient! Wouldn’t mind staying here again. It was only a 5-minute walk to the beach too!"

"We loved our stay at the Beachcomber. The rooms were clean and comfortable, just a few steps from the beach and it was great to have the use of the umbrellas and beach chairs available with your stay. The beach itself was gorgeous and Jimmy B’s beach bar with live music was so much fun!! The only negative was construction going on in the courtyard which made it inconvenient to get around but all in all it was a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back!!"

"This hotel is in perfect location on the beach strip and has great amenities. I thought the building was brand new but turns out it is just very well maintained. There is not a band view as the rooms only face outwards towards the beach/gulf and none back towards the road. We have previously stayed at the Clearwater JW Marriott but had a much better experience at the Opal Sands Resort. Highly recommend for a trip to Clearwater."
