"Not a good stay overall. The amenities were nice, and access to the beach and pools was convenient and enjoyable. However, the room was in very poor condition. First, check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t receive our room until 5:45 PM. Although they offered us a late check-out, it didn’t make up for the issues we experienced. The biggest problem was a leak in the bathroom ceiling—it was leaking like a shower. By 8:30 PM, we couldn’t even use the toilet because the water was dripping directly over that area. Maintenance came and fixed it temporarily, but the issue continued. The next morning at 8:30 AM, the leak started again, with water coming down from the ceiling like a shower. I also want to mention the poor cleanliness in the bathroom. The door was dirty and showed signs of moisture damage. The staff did try to help and were attentive, but for the price we paid, the solutions provided were not acceptable. Overall, not a good experience."
