"Terrible "

"The beach view was amazing! The staff super friendly. The rooms were clean little out of date. The beds and pillows super comfortable. There was a little kitchen sink, microwave, mini fridge toaster and silverware! Plenty to do on the resort! Plus it’s on an absolutely stunning beach. Everything extra food & drinks pretty costly. But so worth it! We’ll definitely come back!"

"This was the best experience we have ever had! We arrived and were amazed by the beauty building, clean and sneezing good, view of the ocean and access to the beach.When we went to check in we were told that our toom us upgraded.The room was on the 9th floor and was a big one bedroom appointment with one and a half bathroom.We went to the balcony and woooow!!! Huge area with many tables, chairs, couche and an incredible view of East,West and North.In the morning we were able to see the sunrise on East and full moon on North side, over the ocean.The weather was cloudy both nights and we weren't able to see the sunset but we saw the huge full moon on the North-East side.We ordered in room service the first morning and we were pleasantly surprised of the huge portions, the way the dishes were presented and how delicious the food and cappuccino was.Later on we had delicious drinks at the pool.They gave us towels for the beach also. The second day on the afternoon they brought free ice-cream at the pool. At the halfway on our floor there was an area with free pre packaged snacks and water.We have booked only two nights but after we saw the hotel and the room we wished we booked it for more days.The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and live Entertainment.There was a wedding at the hotel the one night, no destructive noise or anything.On site they have a nice restaurant, poolside bar and Tiki bar. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on our second day with nice vie"

"Everything was great until I went to take a shower. When I got in, I looked on top of the shower curtain and there was a used washcloth that the cleaning service forgot to pick up when they cleaned."

"Housekeeping barely cleaned our room and did not leave any towels when they did. Otherwise, this property is amazing! Great location, good vibes!"

"Our party had a waitress with condescending responses when asked a question about a meal in Jimmy's restaurant located in Hotel. We decided to leave due to how uncomfortable she made us feel."

"Our visit started with check in giving us the bare minimum information. Told me my credit card would be charged $50 for resort fee and then proceeded to hand me my key. Doesn’t say what floor or anything. We had to figure it out. Made it upstairs to our room and noticed the floor was dirty. It was so dirty that we had to wipe our feet before we got into bed. All in all the bedding and shower were clean. We couldn’t get into the gym because the door was jammed. A visitor who is a locksmith had to pry it open. Then at 3 am I noticed a charge on my card for $25. I had to call and ask and was greeted with a I don’t know what you are talking about and we close charges at 3am. Thank you Mahmoud for your kind customer service at 3am. I’m kidding. Would I return? No."
