"Everything was fine "

"Missed the entrance due to unlit signage. Waited at front desk over 5 minutes with 4 other customers. Called the number they left to contact them when no one is at the front desk. Called twice and no one picked up. Asked for non-smoking room but upon entering the room had a strong odor. The room was just ok. First time at the Quality Inn and I was planning to stay at another quality inn at a different location the next day but cancelled. "

"The only thing we struggled with was getting to the hotel because of the location, otherwise everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The whole place seemed clean and well taken care of."

"Stayed here on our recent trip south and again on our return home. Hotel and amenities were excellent and all the staff were exceptional in customer service. We are planning to book here next year. Would recommend staying here 100%."
