"We found the bug from the wall of room. According to the hotel, it had flown out the window during cleaning. Interesting that the bedbug couldn't fly. We told the reception about this and got a new room (which we checked). If it hadn't been night, I would have gone to another hotel. The air conditioning in the new room was from the last millennium. I gave feedback to the hotel first but the polite response was nothing."
