10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property, great location and wonderful staff. "
"We like to stay in DC especially if we're having a night out. We have stayed in MANY hotels. This was our favorite hotel that we have stayed in. Great location, cool room lay out, and nice staff."
"Great service and friendly staff. Clean and centrally located. Really enjoyed it. Price went up after check in, even though I reserved through hotels.com. Will find out why. "
"The desk staff was welcoming and helpful! Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. 24 hours snacks were reasonably priced.
The location is perfect: safe, within walking distance of the waterfront and Georgetown shops a quick Uber drive to anywhere on the mall for under $15. The underground parking is tight, you really won’t fit if you have a big car! Watch out for the $10 parking tax on top of their daily fee.
Our family had an excellent time in Washington DC and the residence. Inn was the perfect place to set up our home base."
"Lovely staff. Coffee available in the morning downstairs. Great location. Room in excellent condition and no issue with bunk beds. They are spacious and sturdy. Loved this place."
