"This hotel had just reopened, they were clearly not ready. The lifts don’t work or intermittently work when it comes to room we had to have two rooms first room had paint flaking away from the ceiling. Mosquitoes TV didn’t work. Phone didn’t work really bad. Second room better but again issue with mosquitoes Beach really long way way to walk no bar service on the beach in an all-inclusive hotel, swimming pool very noisy main pool and not clean. The other pool was very quiet and no atmosphere. The photos are nowhere near what you experienced unfortunately needs a major refit major refi very soon they should not have reopened. It was just not ready. it was that bad we went for 10 days after eight days after being woken up first thing in the morning when we were sleeping to ask us how our experience,on top of everything else this was the final straw and we moved hotels to the Iberostar The food was always cold always missing things very inconsistent. "With the possible exception of some places in Italy, I have NEVER been to such a child-friendly environment. The staff were incredible and made us feel like home. It was like staying in a Jamaican uncle's house on the beach. We will definitely go back!"
