For example I asked her to print something and she gave me the email address. When I returned to pick it up she said it went to her boss so it was unavailable "

"I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here. Hopefully Expedia refunds me because I had To go to the Angler Hotel across the highway (which i highly recommend)"
