"When booking this hotel I was looking for convenience as far as distance and a pool for the kids to swim in. I remember this hotel being decent as far cleanliness when we went in 2024. I did forget about the lack of utensils and their poor follow through when requesting help. I will say that the staff we had this time around was great, except the housekeeper banging on our door and everyone else's at 830am asking if we needed service when it was our first morning and they have a sign saying...
