Called 2 weeks prior to request early check in. It was granted and even followed up the day prior to arrival to confirm. It was confirmed. Also they confirmed our truck woukd fit in valet parking. Upon arrival early check in was not available, we had to pay extra to upgrade to a room that was available ...
