"Parking was easy and accessible Minimal staff contact- check in and put process was quick and efficient Primary reason for booking the hotel was the pool. Upon arrival there was a notice by the elevator that pool had been closed since Dec 20 and there was no notice on this website or the hotel website to notify customers...extremely disappointing Room had next to no soundproofing, heard every ding of the elevator and we were on the 3rd floor and could hear peoples conversations outside in the parking lot Toilet was quite loud and woke us up about every hour and a half"

"The front desk staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the breakfast bar offers a great variety each day. It’s also pet-friendly and has a beautiful river view. Overall, an A++ experience."

"Well the Staff was delightful but as per the cleanliness not good, i know it was off season but things hadn't been good from the moment we walked into our room. Toilet tilted, ceiling tiles were old and stained, floors needed to be swept, jacuzzi didnt work, spider webs everywhere. Lightning needs to be updated, blow dryer took forever to dry my hair that normally takes 15 minutes to dry, gave up after 25 minutes of using it. The mirrors are all old and need replacing, the coffee maker was old and spilled everywhere. We did love the staff, they tried their best to accommodate to our needs."
