"The room was clean and fully equipped down to ice cubes! Had a lovely partial ocean view and stunning sunsets, and being right in the heart of St. Lawrence Gap dining scene made it so convenient. You’re also walkable to beaches on either side and about a 15min walk away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. Shout out to them, from front desk to the maid staff y’all rock! I didn’t get to try the hotel restaurant, but the menu looked tempting enough that I wished I had! Sadly, my only gripe was sand flies in the room, which were noticeably observed more toward the end of my stay. I did note it on checkout and the staff acknowledged it’s a known issue, appreciated the honesty, but hopefully it’s something they can work to address. It’s the one thing that kept this from being a perfect stay. Overall, a fabulous hotel that I’d happily recommend, just go prepared for the local wildlife!"

"Friendly staff, good food, nice smaller resort that can cater well to allergies and food restrictions. Just returned from our first visit at O2. Impressed by the level of attention staff pay to allergies and celiac needs of guests. Staff was well informed and we even had one of the chefs one night check in on us. Its great to be able to actually enjoy our stay without issue in that regards. While this is a smaller resort we found it had everything we needed. Multiple restaurants, great location, nice room and very friendly staff. I'd definitely go back in the future"

"We had a room with our own pool and ocean views. We really enjoyed our large patio. As one of us is vegan it was great to have our own kitchen. The yoga class was excellent. Zen restaurant has very good sushi and Thai food. We will definitely come again."

"On the positive side, the location is gorgeous, the staff very polite and friendly, the rooms and balconies good size, there is ample free parking, and the Cuppa Cafe "grab and go" was quite good. On the not-so-positive side, the furnishings are "tired" and could really use an update, the bathroom had no shower gel and the hand soap was not the best to use for bathing, the shower had no place to put your own items, the bath towels were dingy and rather worn, our passports in the room safe actually warped from the humidity in the room despite the air conditioning, and the two restaurants on the property were horrible with very small menu choices and not very good food. The Lighthouse Terrace was especially bad, the service was so slow it was unbelievable. It was not what we expected from a Hilton which is too bad because there is so much potential in such a beautiful setting."

"Kitchen was equipped sufficiently with everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was good as well with a variety to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. "

"The hotel was okay, but it is literally Maga territory. So many Karen's staying there, acting like they own it. They get up at 5AM to take up the seating area and stay there the entire day. The pool is basically unusable unless you don't mind having them stare at you the entire time and smoke cigarets by the pool (which the hotel didn't have a problem with and said that was okay to do..) Maybe we were just unlucky and the guests during this time sucked. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and swimmable and the location was great. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance and its a safe area. "

"Very nice staff. Limited contact. Apts were too close for a peaceful night. Units are very outdated and basic. Air conditioning is excellent though. Best part was proximity to best beaches. Uber extremely reliable. I am a solo female senior traveler. Will go back to the island and choose a bigger property. "Pool" is really a hot tub. Just saying."
