"Great service, & great place to stay! "

"Hotel is right on the water which provided great views of the Soo locks from our room and during breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and made to order every day. Coffee is provided by Starbucks which was also great. Located about 42 minutes away from Searchmont Resort, it was perfect for our ski vacation. Plenty of great food options nearby and walking distance from GFL Memorial Gardens hockey arena. We enjoyed using the large indoor hot tub after a long day of skiing which was nice and hot with great views of the Soo locks. Definitely the best hotel in town and cannot recommend it enough. "

"I had an amazing stay from beginning to end ! The room was spotless and featured beautiful new furniture and touch sensor lamps made the space feel modern ,comfortable and inviting.The high-speed Wi-Fi was excellent fast, reliable and perfect for both work and streaming without any interruptions. The staff provided truly outstanding service everyone was friendly ,attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed .The amenities were also well-maintained and added to the overall experience.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience,and top-quality service."
