Sometimes Super 8's can be hit or miss. This one was excellent. The night front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their hotel as the lobby, breakfast space, and rooms were very clean, especially for being pet-friendly. The only thing I wish that pet-friendly hotels in general provided was a small broom and dustpan in the rooms so that guests can help clean up after their pets for the hotel staff. We travel back and forth from WY to IL to see family often and will make this our new halfway stop spot.

They had us booked on the second floor but o. Our reservation we had asked for second floor due to not being able to use the stairs. They switched us with no problem to a very close room to the from of the hall way. The room was exceptionally clean and check-in was very easy. The gentlemen checking ua in was very nice. We will be back again. This was one of the better hotels and exceptionally well kept hotels I have been in for a while. I was very pleased with our stay!

Staff was great. It was crazy warm in the front lobby and the room upon arrival. TV service was out. Breakfast was pretty lackluster, and there wasn't anything I could actually eat. Not a bad stop if on a road trip.

The owner was the best part of our stay. The TV and receiver were having issues. The owner worked for two hours until he found a solution. I stay here at least once year and I gave a lower rating on the motel only because they are remodeling and repainting and there are things still to be done. This is a very gracious family, I enjoy working with them.

The room was clean and ready for us. Great king sized bed and wonderful shower. Newly remodeled. The breakfast was minimal, but we came to sleep, shower and grab some coffee and something to chew on before continuing our trip. Would stay here again without a doubt .

We really enjoyed our quiet stay at Super 8! The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Less than 10 miles to Big Lake where we had friends there! I would definitely stay again.
