"The place was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a bunch of free amenities from breakfast, to rum punch, to beach gear (like snorkels, beach towels, etc). I felt very at home and will definitely stay here again if I return."

"If you do not want a beach location or a room with a view, this a great choice. There is no on-site interaction with staff. All contact is electronic and it was very good. The suites are large and very comfortable. There is a grocery store, sandwich shop, drug store within the same location. It is a small three story shopping center with the suites on the top floor. Most national park beaches and hiking trails are within a short drive. I was visiting solo and specifically to explore the national park."

"Extrodinary views. A bit of a walk to the beach, but if you like excercise its great. The snorkeling at the beach (and whole island) was phenominal. The bar area was great. "

"We had a hard time locating the property, which was likely due to another car blocking the sign. The management was super helpful and once we found it, all was good! The property had everything we needed and we will definitely book here again!"

"This property is spectacular, the view is the best in the island, and the amenities are great. You get 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with full kitchen, washer dryer, a great balcony and even a terrace. They provide cooler and beach chairs which is very convenient. You have a private grill, and shared infinity pool and hottub overlooking Coral Bay. The drive to the beaches is 10-20 min. Overall a great place to be."

"My stay at this property was ultimately disappointing, especially considering the high price. While the grounds were well kept and clearly cared for, many other aspects of the experience fell short. Service The staff were consistently rather rude, which set a negative tone from the start. Interactions felt dismissive instead of welcoming. Food & Dining The food was mediocre at best, and the menu was extremely limited. Breakfast was only served 2 out of the 5 days that we were on property. This was frustrating and inconvenient. Facilities The pool clearly needed cleaning and updating. It didn’t feel inviting or well maintained a separate children’s area would be a great upgrade. Rooms & Property Condition The property itself shows its age. While the rooms have been somewhat updated, the overall feel is still dated and doesn’t match the price point. Value For what we received, the stay felt very expensive. The quality simply didn’t align with the cost. Positive Note The one standout was the well‑kept grounds, which were pleasant and nicely maintained. "

"My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Cruz boutique hotel. It’s located in a great spot with many things nearby, the staff were very helpful and generous. They offered beach chairs and towels and ice, they housekeepers went by everyday in the morning. And the staff gave great recommendation for parking, restaurants and beaches. Definitely will be back and staying with them again. 10/10"
