"What a unique experience in Brno! The bunker room was clean, comfortable and rather spacious. We found the temperature pleasantly cool, especially enjoyable during summer. "Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. First I get an email to tell them 30 minutes before arrivial to meet at the spot. I called multiple times nobody ever picked up. Then...

"Rooms were large. We were on the 10th floor in an executive suite. Tons of room. Bed was super comfortable. We had an issue the 1st night with a faulty A/C but moved to the room next store for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast had tons of options and was nice a beautiful restaurant.
There are numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance and the main train station was a 12 minute walk away.
The only issue is the parking. The hotel has limited spots in its own lot. You have to enter and exit with a ticket. Two of the three times we tried to exit, the ticket validation from the hotel did not work and we had to call the hotel for help. A minor issue but it would seem easy to fix by the hotel.
This was our first trip to Brno so i cannot compare this hotel to others in the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a lovely week at this property."
