"I arrived and asked the receptionist if I could check in early; I paid an extra $20 for it. The room wasn't really clean: I checked the bed and there was hair everywhere—I hated it."

"We had a great stay! The proximity to restaurants and stores was really nice. The staff were all kind and helpful. The room was spacious, and having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was great. The hot breakfast that’s included every morning was a bonus and delicious. We would definitely stay again!"

"The room was comfortable. The walking space was a bit tight when my husband was working at the desk but otherwise it was great. We had to wait to check in as the staff had stepped away for a bit but he was friendly when he returned. Breakfast was good and was only missing fruit. We used the indoor pool and the temperature was perfect."

I have stayed in another Hyatt Place that had better mattresses. This is a personal taste issue, but I really thought the mattress was way too hard."
